The Alternatives to Violence Project Basic Workshop is a fast-paced, fun experience where we connect with others, laugh, share, and listen deeply. In this FREE workshop you will learn new ways to make real changes: In your life, in your relationships and in your community.
AVP is not a religious group, but helps participants to access what we call "Transforming Power" (which some think of as God, the Soul, or our Highest Self) - the part of ourselves that makes wiser, more compassionate choices. This leads to improvements in our lives and relationships.
