Enjoy your sound bath with live crystal healing bowls. Enter into the state of bliss through deep relaxation, guided visualization, and complete the session with a yoga nidra. This powerful sound bath of crystal bowls, vibrating at 440Hz tones A-G, resonating with our chakra centers, will cleanse our minds, bodies, and spirits.

- Reconnect with your authentic self and inner confidence
