The "Call to Ministry" is a call to a state of being, to live a life of service, and to navigate one's personal growth and journey in full public view.
A Centers for Spiritual Living Minister must first be a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner as a prerequisite to entering either the two-year ministerial education certification program through CSL School of Spiritual Leadership or the three-year Master of Consciousness Studies program through the Holmes Institute.
Ministerial students seeking licensure have completed a rigorous multi-year required course of study, passed subject-specific written exams, a comprehensive background check, and been approved by an oral panel consisting of ordained CSL ministers. Their licenses are renewed annually.
Licensed CSL Ministers are monitored and mentored for a minimum of the first three years following licensure as a requirement to apply for ordination and sit for an oral ordination panel consisting of ordained ministers.
CSL Ministers are licensed to provide Practitioner Session and Spiritual Counseling,
Each CSL Minister establishes their own fee and sets their own appointments.
