Sarah has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2011. She has 1000+ hours of training with yogic influences from Mount Madonna Center & Baba Hari Dass (guru to Ram Dass). She enjoys Ernest Holmes’ teachings. Sarah utilizes regular yoga practices, trauma informed yoga influences, crystal healing bowls, artistic works with modern dance and writing, Acro-Yoga and Karma Yoga through community service. This 40-day Abundance Program is a dynamic spiritual journey that shifts participants from scarcity into a lived experience of Divine overflow through prayer, discussion, and transformational practice.
