Sarah has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2011. She has 1000+ hours of training with yogic influences from Mount Madonna Center & Baba Hari Dass (guru to Ram Dass). She enjoys Ernest Holmes’ teachings. Sarah utilizes regular yoga practices, trauma informed yoga influences, crystal healing bowls, artistic works with modern dance and writing, Acro-Yoga and Karma Yoga through community service. She is available for private classes.

Meditation was his way of becoming a good listener to this deeper more profound experience and this became his spiritual path. In order to become a well-rounded and trauma sensitive teacher he studied with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and is now a certified mindfulness meditation teacher.

Known for heartfelt songwriting and albums like Thoughts and his recent single No Matter What, his folk-acoustic style blends Americana warmth with melodic storytelling that resonates deeply with audiences.
About Gabriel Bingham: Gabriel Bingham is a multi-instrumentalist whose sound fuses Appalachian folk, bluegrass, and 90s grunge. Best known as the former flatpicking guitarist of the jamgrass band Caltucky and a founding member of the Sammie Award-winning band Brotherly Mud. He’s performed alongside Grammy-winning artists while shaping a unique voice defined by haunting vocals and intricate instrumentation.
