Drop-In Yoga ~ Every Thursday from Noon-1pm

Facilitated by Sarah Molaro, LoveYogaWell

Practice for new or seasoned yogis. Ashtanga/Hatha yoga postures, breaths and meditations.


Sarah has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2011. She has 1000+ hours of training with yogic influences from Mount Madonna Center & Baba Hari Dass (guru to Ram Dass). She enjoys Ernest Holmes’ teachings. Sarah utilizes regular yoga practices, trauma informed yoga influences, crystal healing bowls, artistic works with modern dance and writing, Acro-Yoga and Karma Yoga through community service. She is available for private classes.

Walking Meditation ~ Every Wednesday, 11am-Noon @ Empire Mine State Park (Lower Parking Lot)

Facilitated by John Delta, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher


Explore Mindfulness through guided movement in silence... and some social time for connecting to others with a teaching on Mindful Speech and Mindful Listening.

About John:  John felt the pull toward meditation about 38 years ago at age 30. He had begun to experience a reality that was outside of our time-based world. Meditation was his way of becoming a good listener to this deeper more profound experience and this became his spiritual path. In order to become a well-rounded and trauma sensitive teacher he studied with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and is now a certified mindfulness meditation teacher.

Rise & Speak Student Performances ~ October 25th @ 3pm-5pm(PT)

Come enjoy stories of love, hope and transformation! 

Rise & Speak was a life changing journey of a workshop where participants were asked to craft a message the uplifts, inspires,and educates the audience about some lesson or blessing they received as part of having navigated the defining moments in their life. 

The students not only learned how to put together a powerful message and storytelling techniques, but also tried and true speaking methods to manage stage fright and connect to their audience. 

These performances will be the conclusion of the workshop, and are sure to stir inspiration and transformation for attendees.
