Practice for new or seasoned yogis. Ashtanga/Hatha yoga postures, breaths and meditations.
Sarah has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2011. She has 1000+ hours of training with yogic influences from Mount Madonna Center & Baba Hari Dass (guru to Ram Dass). She enjoys Ernest Holmes’ teachings. Sarah utilizes regular yoga practices, trauma informed yoga influences, crystal healing bowls, artistic works with modern dance and writing, Acro-Yoga and Karma Yoga through community service. She is available for private classes.

In order to become a well-rounded and trauma sensitive teacher he studied with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and is now a certified mindfulness meditation teacher.
